Oversized Carriage for Greater Training Space
The A8-Pro features a generous 67 cm-wide carriage with approximately 91 cm of carriage length. The larger working surface provides additional room for different exercise positions and accommodates a broad range of users.
113 cm Long Carriage Travel
The A8-Pro provides 113 cm of carriage travel, giving users an extended range of movement while reducing the amount of adjustment required between exercises. The longer travel is particularly useful in a studio environment where multiple users may share the equipment.
Rapid Change Spring Bar
The patent-pending Rapid Change Spring Bar allows spring bar adjustments using one hand and a single action. The design also allows the carriage position to be changed without removing the springs, helping make transitions between exercises more efficient.
Pro-Rope Adjustment System
The improved Pro-Rope adjustment system allows both ropes to be adjusted simultaneously while maintaining consistent rope lengths. The adjustment controls are positioned near the headrest for convenient access during setup.
Adjustable Footbar & Headrest
The oversized footbar provides 6 lockable positions, including a flat position. The headrest features three adjustable positions, while the removable and lockable shoulder rests provide two width configurations through their offset shoulder pads.
Quiet 8-Wheel Carriage System
The A8-Pro uses an 8-wheel system with precision PU wheels designed for smooth carriage movement, reduced maintenance, and improved handling of cross-loading forces. The Align-Pilates Silent system also includes metal-free double-loop handles, adjustable silent foot straps, ropes, and patented silent pulleys.
Interchangeable Leg Heights
The A8-Pro is designed around interchangeable leg heights. The standard configuration included with this model is 42 cm, while compatible low and higher leg options provide additional setup flexibility. Align-Pilates lists three available heights of 28 cm, 42 cm, and 64 cm.
