Adjustable Push-Through Bar
The aluminium push-through bar features rapid height adjustment, allowing the bar to be positioned for different exercises. A supplied safety strap helps control the movement of the bar when it is used with springs.
Maple Roll-Down Bar & Accessories
A maple roll-down bar is included along with a pull-down bar, foot straps, hand handles, adjustable spring holders, carabiners, and double-ended dog clips. These components provide multiple connection options for different Pilates exercises and setups.
Eight-Spring System
The Half Cadillac includes eight nickel-plated music wire springs in four configurations: standard very light, standard medium, long light, and long strong. The combination provides different resistance options for a broad range of Pilates exercises.
Standalone Wall-Mounted Option
When used with the separately available Half Pilates Cadillac Wall Bracket, the frame can be mounted to a suitable wall and used without a reformer. The wall bracket is sold separately and is designed for attachment to solid walls.
