North American Maple Construction
The M8-Pro is constructed from solid North American maple, giving it a distinctive natural wood appearance that complements both traditional and contemporary Pilates studios. The wood frame combines classic visual styling with modern adjustment and carriage technology.
Oversized Carriage & 104 cm Travel
The M8-Pro features a generous 93 cm x 66 cm carriage designed to accommodate a broad range of body sizes. With 104 cm of smooth carriage travel, the Reformer provides ample room for a wide range of Pilates exercises.
Rapid Change Spring Bar
The patent-pending Rapid Change spring bar allows the spring bar to be repositioned with the springs attached using one hand and a single action. This makes resistance and carriage setup changes more efficient, particularly when transitioning between exercises or users.
Combined T-Bar & Pro Rope Adjustment
The M8-Pro uses a combined T-Bar and Pro Rope adjustment system that allows both ropes to remain at the same length while being adjusted together. This provides a convenient way to make precise rope-length changes during setup.
Adjustable Footbar & Headrest
The standard-size footbar features four lockable positions, including a flat position. The three-position adjustable headrest provides additional positioning flexibility for different exercises.
Removable & Adjustable Shoulder Rests
The M8-Pro features removable and lockable shoulder rests with off-centred shoulder pads. Two shoulder-width positions are available, allowing the carriage configuration to be adjusted for different users.
8-Wheel Silent Carriage System
The carriage runs on eight PU wheels and precision aluminium runners. Align-Pilates' Silent system includes metal-free double-loop handles, ropes, an adjustable silent foot strap and patented silent pulleys to help provide a smooth and quiet training experience.
Pro Sitting Box & Foot Strap Included
Unlike many Reformer packages, the M8-Pro bundle includes a Pro Sitting Box and Foot Strap. The sitting box expands the range of seated exercises that can be performed on the Reformer, while the foot strap provides additional support for selected movements.
Expandable Pilates Platform
The removable maple standing platform can be replaced with the optional upholstered Jump Board. The M8-Pro can also accept a Half Cadillac and can be configured with the optional Mattress Converter and Platform Extender for an expanded flat working surface.
