Rapid Change Spring Bar
The patent-pending Rapid Change spring bar allows quick spring-bar adjustments and provides three spring-bar positions. This makes it easier to change the carriage setup between different exercises and users.
Four-Spring System with Fifth-Spring Capacity
The R8-Pro comes equipped with four nickel-plated music wire springs in three resistance strengths. The frame also has space for adding a fifth spring, providing additional setup flexibility when required.
Pro Rope Adjustment System
Pro Rope Adjusters are conveniently positioned behind the shoulder rests, allowing the ropes to be adjusted quickly. The adjustable rope risers provide additional positioning options, with up to nine height positions when the optional leg extensions are installed.
